What is PetPals?
PetPals is an online pet supplies marketplace for cats and dogs. We offer pet food, toys, beds, clothes, grooming supplies, and accessories. PetPals is available as a website at platform.zen7.com and as a native ChatGPT App, so you can shop on whichever surface you prefer.
Can I use PetPals inside ChatGPT?
Yes. PetPals is published as a ChatGPT App. Inside ChatGPT, you can ask things like "find a chew toy under $20 for a small dog" and PetPals will render a native widget with results, cart, and checkout — without leaving the chat. Your account, cart, and addresses are shared between the website and the ChatGPT App.
What payment methods are accepted?
Checkout is processed by Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, WeChat Pay, and Alipay. Payment happens securely on Stripe's hosted checkout page.
Is there a minimum order amount?
Yes. The minimum order amount is $10.00 USD. Orders below this amount cannot proceed to checkout.
How are shipping addresses handled?
Shipping addresses are saved to your account and reused across orders. You can add and manage addresses during checkout. Both 10-digit North American and 11-digit Chinese phone formats are supported.
How do I contact support?

How do I sign in or create an account?
You can register with an email and password, sign in with Google, or sign in through ChatGPT's OAuth flow. All three methods produce the same account, so you can switch freely between them while keeping the same orders, cart, and addresses.
How do I view my orders?
After signing in, visit the Orders page to see your full order history. Each order shows its current status (pending, paid, shipped, delivered) and lets you view details.
Is the cart shared between the website and ChatGPT?
Yes. For signed-in users, the cart is synced server-side. If you add items in the ChatGPT widget, you'll see the same cart on the website (and vice versa), so you can pick up where you left off on either surface.
