PetPals provides an embedded shopping widget within ChatGPT for browsing products, managing your cart, and placing orders. Order history, shipping addresses, and payment details are displayed only within the widget and are not shared with OpenAI as MCP tool outputs.
Data shared via MCP is used solely to display information in your ChatGPT conversation. OpenAI does not use this data for model training. You can revoke PetPals access at any time via ChatGPT Settings > Connected Apps.
